REFUND

  • Shipping fee: We offer a full shipping fee refund (or a partial refund if shipping is free) for LavisLash items if delivery exceeds 30 days within the USA (Mainland) and 45 days to other parts of the USA. 
  • Risk-free shipping: If your stuff doesn’t show up within 60 days for any reason, no worries – we’ll totally refund you for that order. 
  • If your order goes missing, drop us an email at [email protected]. We’ll check (usually takes 3-5 business days) and send you a replacement once we figure it out.
  • If your order has an issue from LavisLash (defective, damaged, missing items) and you can show proof (like a video of opening the package), we’ll totally make things right. We’ll either send you a new one, give your money back for that order, plus throw in a coupon for your next order.

RETURN

  • We do NOT accept return orders for any reasons, even if the packaging has not been opened.
  • Only in exceptional cases: If clients can provide evidence of an error in the order from the manufacturer LavisLash (as detailed in the Refunds Policy), clients will be refunded and can choose to return that order.

DISCLAIMER WITH AN INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • It is the duty of the purchaser to ensure that the address is entered correctly. We cannot promise changes to fix due to tight delivery schedules.
  • Please double-check the address you send, since we will NOT be responsible for the packets sent to the incorrect address entered by the purchaser.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw from the package(s) and will not be eligible for any refunds in situations like:
    • The client declines to accept the shipment.
    • The number of attempts to distribute the shipment is made in the country of destination.
