SHIPPING POLICY
We offer a customer support program with the most favorable shipping fee for you:
- For all global orders having value from $175: Free shipping.
- For all global orders under $175: Clients just need to pay $10 for delivery.
Orders get shipped on regular weekdays (from Monday to Friday), and are not shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Orders placed over the weekend will get processed for shipping on the next business day.
During holidays (like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) or any unexpected events, LavisLash Customer Care Team will proactively contact customers via email to discuss shipping details.
PROCESS TO GET THE TRACKING NUMBER
- All orders placed before 00:00 GMT-7 would be delivered on the same day.
- Shipments are processed on normal working business days (Monday to Friday) and not available on weekend days (Saturday and Sunday). It usually takes 1 day for your order to be processed and ready for shipping.
- The order processing might be delayed in some situations: insufficient or missing payment; incorrect contact information.
RECEIVING ITEM DURATION
- All orders are shipped out by air freight. We collaborate with FedEx, our trusted and familiar shipping partner.
- The Estimated Delivery window provided by LavisLash shows most standard deliveries. In certain cases, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold or any other unforeseen complications outside of our control.
- If any of the above situations happen, we are committed to providing you as much detailed information as we can in a timely manner.
- Estimating your delivery date by this formula: Estimated delivery date = 1 day (processing time) + Estimated shipping time (3-5 working days).
- The receiving time would be on or before the expected delivery time.
CUSTOMS OBLIGATIONS AND TAXES
- Our displayed rates are tax-free in US Dollars.
- Any export duties or customs fees are your responsibility. Export taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be paid after the order reaches the final destination, as determined by the local customs.
